Once we have looked at what needs to be cleared, in most cases we will be able to give you an immediate quote for the work.
Then you can decide whether you would like any items with individual valuations to be deducted from the final cost or whether you would prefer to keep the items or sell them. If you would like items sold we can take these to an Auction House and you will then receive the net profit they realised directly from the auction.
Unlike other clearers we are completely up front about costs. Some companies will only clear what they want for themselves and then leave you to dispose of the rubbish and any items they don't want. We guarantee to be completely upfront about costs and let you know what you can expect from us before we start the work.

Donate, Recycle, Dispose
Any items that can’t be sold will either be donated, recycled or disposed at a
licenced waste transfer station.
We hold the appropriate Waste Carriers Licence to carry out waste removals.
Sometimes there is NO COST and we will be able to pay you. It all depends on what needs to be cleared. If the items that need clearing can not be resold, reused or recycled we will charge you for the time it takes us to clear the area plus the cost of disposing them responsibly. If you have items that we can re-sell you can chose to use these to offset the cost of the clearance meaning you'll have less to pay or we might be able to PAY YOU!
Most people don't know the current re-sale value of items and it can be difficult to know the difference between sentimental value and true market value. We can help you assess the items in the house and decide what is the best option for moving them on.
It is completely your choice what happens to the items that need clearing. We will give you an estimated value for any items that can be resold, you can then either put these into auction and receive the net profit direct from the auctioneer or you may decide to use the estimated value to offset the cost of the clearing the house.
Yes, as part of the clearance work we undertake we will take any items that you would like to sell to the Auction House and you will receive the net profit direct from them.
We will take into account items that have a low resale value when we give you a quote. We will estimate their bulk resale value and use this to offset the cost of undertaking the clearance.
We will try our hardest to always re-sell, recycle, upcycle or donate any items that we remove from a House Clearance, however, there are items that will need disposing.
We are licenced Waste Carriers. Although we try to keep items that end up in landfill to an absolute minimum there are some items that will inevitably end up unwanted. We take these items to a registered Waste Management site for the appropriate disposal. The Waste Management site will provide a Waste Transfer Note and invoice for anything they take from us, if you would like to see this paperwork please just ask.
